Clinical Development

Preparing forthe clinic

No ARYAN AI programme is in clinical trials today. We are building the translational evidence — biomarkers and patient selection — that gives our first candidates the best chance in the clinic.

  • Patient stratificationOmics signatures to identify who is most likely to benefit.
  • Translational biomarkersMeasurable signals that link mechanism to clinical effect.
  • Experienced partnersClinical execution with established CROs and pharmaceutical partners.

Approach

Precision from the first patient

Clinical failure is expensive and, more importantly, exposes patients to treatments that may not help them. Our platform's disease models are designed to answer a practical question early: which patients should a trial enrol?

When a programme approaches the clinic, it will do so with a stratification hypothesis and biomarkers defined in advance, and under the oversight of regulators and independent ethics committees.

  • Predefined biomarker strategy
  • Stratification hypothesis before first-in-human
  • Regulatory engagement early

Path

What happens before a first trial

  1. 01

    IND/CTA-enabling studies

GLP toxicology, safety pharmacology and manufacturing of clinical material.

  2. 02

    Regulatory submission

An Investigational New Drug application (US) or Clinical Trial Application (EU).

  3. 03

    Ethics approval

Independent review of the protocol, consent and patient safety measures.

  4. 04

    First-in-human

Carefully dose-escalated Phase I studies focused on safety.
